Gladys Williams, 87, of 112 Harris St., Greer, wife of the late Calvin Williams, daughter of the late Maxie and Elsie Brown Sherman, passed on November 12, 2008.She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Greer. Survivors are daughters, Elsie Durham of Greer, Marion Sankey of Opelika, Ala., Georgianna Moran of New Haven, Conn., and Margarethia Ellis of Atlanta, Ga.; sons, Calvin Williams of Simpsonville, Lee Williams and Dennis Williams, both of Greer; and brother, Thomas Sherman of Fork Shoals. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday November 16, 2008, at Calvary Baptist Church.The burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.Visitation is Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund.
