Frederick Nolan Cox, North Halifax Avenue, Daytona Beach, died Feb. 25, 2007, at Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, Port Orange. Mr. Cox was born Oct. 26, 1946, and moved here in 2002 from North Carolina. He was retired as a supermarket manager and attended First Christian Church of Ormond Beach. He was an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his sister, Wilma Shunk, Ormond Beach; niece, Pamela (Sandy) Miller, Port Orange; nephews, Tommy (Rebecca), Daytona Beach, and Tim (Katt) Miller, Ormond Beach; four great- nieces; and seven great-nephews. Memorial service will be at a later date at First Christian Church of Ormond Beach with interment with military Air Force honors following at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
