MERIDEN - Francis "Frank" St. Onge, of Meriden, died on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009. He was the husband of the late Jean (Lowery) St. Onge. He was born in Meriden on March 6, 1941, a son of the late Joseph and Victoria (Koczon) St. Onge, he worked for Spartin Tool Aerospace of Manchester, where he was highly respected as a quality professional in the aerospace field. Frank graduated from Platt High in 1959. He was the co-captain of the football team from 1958-1959. Frank served in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1961; also served in the Naval Reserve. He was active in the Lewis Ave. Neighborhood Watch. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Smith, of Meriden; a brother, Robert St. Onge, of Florida; also a sister-in-law, Nancy Lowery, of Meriden; and a brother-in-law, Keith Lowery, of Florida; also many close and special friends of Meriden. The funeral was private. Frank was buried in Edinburg, Maine, alongside his wife, Jean. Condolences and gifts in his memory may be sent to Patricia Smith, 259 Elm St., Meriden, 06450.
