CRASWELL, Frances Adelaide (nee Clark) Peacefully at the Beach Grove Home on Monday, June 23, 2008, of Mrs. Frances Craswell (nee Clark) of South Rustico, age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Craswell; and dear mother of Alma Birt, Albert (Beth), Linda Rodgers (Ben), Madeline (David MacKay), David (Joan) and Brenda Vickerson (George). She is also lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and sisters-in-law, Shirley and Jean Clark. She was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Alma (nee Bulman) Clark; her brothers, Jimmy and Chesley; and her sister, Jean Bulman. She was also predeceased by her daughters, Marion and Shirley; and two infant grandsons, Dustin and Jeffrey. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home for visiting hours on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Wednesday with funeral service from St. Mark’s Anglican Church, South Rustico, at 2 p.m., with interment to follow in the family plot in the church cemetery. If so desired, memorial contributions in Frances’ memory may be made to St. Mark’s Anglican Church or Pat and the Elephant. Online condolences may be made at www.islandowned.ca
