Mrs. Flora Mae Jones, 91, Dawson, died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at Riverview Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Melvin Hilley and Ray Kittle officiating. Burial will follow in Lusk Chapel Cemetery. Rainsville Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 tonight and from 8 a.m. until time of service Thursday.She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dorsey Jones; daughter, Sue Jacobs; sister-in-law, Alma Jones; son-in-law, Lyndell Land; and parents, Benjamin and Arizona Beck.She is survived by two sons, Billy Ray (Virginia) Jones, Peek's Corner, and Jerry Don (Kathy) Jones, Peek's Corner; two daughters, Patricia Land, Rainsville, and Linda (Marvin) Wright, Scottsboro; son-in-law, Glenn Jacobs, Dawson; brother, Dink Beck, Altoona; sister, Ozell Beck Cook, Geraldine; six grandchildren, Jason (Trina) Land, Sylvania, Jeff (Angie) Jones, Peek's Corner, Nathan ( Tina) Jacobs, Dawson, Michele (Kent) Lee, Albertville, Kelley (Tim) Maddox, Peek's Corner and Karyn (Ben) Pickett, Dutton; and 12 great-grandchildren.
