WILLIAMS Essie Mae Williams, age 77, departed this life Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Smith House, Stamford. She was born September 30, 1930 in Williamston, N.C. to the late Dennis Hassell and the late Lucy Brown. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church, 1301 Stratford, Avenue, Stratford. Viewing time will start at 10 a.m. until time of service in the church.
