WINSLOW, Ark. Emilie Paula Ryan, 73, of Winslow, died Friday, August 5, 2005 at the Fayetteville City Hospital. She was born January 14, 1932 in Long Island, N.Y., the daughter of George and Maisie Goodwin. She was married to her husband, Neil Ryan in St. Thomas Catholic Church in Delmar, N.Y. where she reared her four sons. She was active in her sons sports and enjoyed camping, crafts, sewing and quilting. She was a housewife and worked as a long distance telephone operator in L.I. and the State Bank of Albany in Albany. She was a longtime race car fan. Survived by husband, Neil of the home; sons, Michael of S. Bethlehem, N.Y., Matt of Jackson, Miss., Tim of Winslow and Sean Ryan of Rogers; 8 grandchildren. No services are planned.
