HARRIS, ELLEN LAWLESS, "CISSY," 73, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East. She was a graduate of Loretto (KY) High School, previously employed in the county tax commissioner's office and a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles R. and Loretta Harris, two brothers, George K. and Charles D. Harris, her sister, Mary Katherine Seidel, and her longtime companion, Doug Marcell. She is survived by her brothers, Theodore "Ted" (Mary Jean) and Jack (Martha A.) Harris, and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2004, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3521 Goldsmith Ln., with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Mass of the Air.
