Elizabeth T. Anderson Elizabeth Tate Anderson, 98, a retired federal civil service worker, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2002. A private family service will be held at a later date. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home (877-8191) is handling arrangements. Elizabeth lived a long full life, that carried her all over the world.She is survived by the families of her brother, Frederick William Tate of Arlington, Va.; her two daughters, Sally Dutton of St. Petersburg and Victoria Marsee of Tallahassee; and a nephew, Harold Abbey of Dallas.
