She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Horn and her sister, Leta Pierce. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church for over 68 years. She is survived by her daughter, Janice (Don) Stewart; son, Ted (Judy) Horn; grandchildren, David Horn, Kimberly Horn, Andrew Holman, Matthew Holman and Jessica Holman. Several loving nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Horn shall be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 9th from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, with Rev. Pat Frudenthal officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday, November 8th and on Saturday, November 9th from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
