Obituary of Elizabeth Killeen


Elizabeth (Turner) Killeen of Johnson City Elizabeth (Turner) Killeen, 84, of Johnson City, died on Monday, October 29, 2007, at Absolut of Endicott. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward F. Killeen; parents, Tom and Letha Turner. She is survived by her daughters, Frances Conklin, Johnson City, Florence Scott, Deer Park, Tex.; granddaughter and husband, Elizabeth and Terry Hilborn, LaPorte, Tex.; great-grandchildren, Scotty Hilborn and Brooklynn Hilborn; sister-in-law, Dorothy Killeen, Binghamton; several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews. She retired from General Electric. Past Matron of the Johnson City Eastern Star. A member of Primitive Methodist Church, Johnson City. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City. The Rev. Elvin S. Murphy will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the Barber Memorial Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Shriners Galveston Burns Hospital, 815 Market Street, Galveston, Tex. 77550-2725 or the Humane Society, 2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, N.Y. 13903.
