Elizabeth J. Williams, 82, Punta Gorda, died Jan. 23, 2004, at Bon Secours-St. Joseph Hospital in Port Charlotte. She was born on April 26, 1921, in Pennsauken, N.J., and came to Punta Gorda 25 years ago from Broomall, Pa. She was an active member of Tri City Baptist Church in Port Charlotte. Survivors include a daughter, Betsy Bush of Grand Rapids, Mich.; sons Sam of Lansing, Mich., and Mike of Punta Gorda; a sister, Helen O'Halloran of Yeadon, Pa.; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with a service to follow at 3 p.m., at Roberson Funeral Home, Punta Gorda Chapel.
