ANDERSON Elizabeth ""Bette" Butts Anderson, 84, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. She was the wife of Ludwig O. Anderson for 59 years and daughter of the late William H. Butts and Blanche Joyner McDonell. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Anna Herbert, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Bette was a native of Jacksonville, FL and also lived in Marathon and St. Augustine, FL until 2003. She was an LPN and Lab Technician at Baptist Hospital, a member of the first Open Heart Surgery team at St. Vincent Hospital in Jacksonville and received her RN from Florida Junior College. She continued to work in the medical profession until her retirement in 1984. In St. Augustine, she was an active member in the Genealogy Society and the Glass Club. All those who knew her will miss Bette. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. Arrangements by Joseph A.
