Eleanor M. Castle (nee Peters), a Union, N.J., resident for 56 years, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 19, 2010. The family will receive their relatives and friends at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union, on Thursday, July 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, Cranford, on Friday, July 23, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, N.J. Mrs. Castle was the beloved beloved wife of 65 years to the late William P. Castle; loving mother of Carole Castle and Janet Harkins and her husband, John; loving grandmother of Jason Harkins and his wife, Jennifer, and Jared Harkins, and cherished great-grandmother of Olivia Harkins.
