MOORE - Eileen Veronica McCarthy, of Ramsey, New Jersey, died at age 91, at The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood NJ, February 9, 2007. Eileen was born in Brooklyn NY in 1915, attended school there, and married in 1941 after working as a fashion model in New York City. Eileen raised her family in New Jersey. Until recently, she traveled extensively, and tap danced with the Tap Hatters and Happy Tappers of Midland Park. Eileen will be interred at the Cemetery of the Holy Cross in Brooklyn at 1 PM, Friday, March 30, 2007. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the historic stone St Paul's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Ramsey, at 3 PM. A reception will follow. Eileen is survived by her children Ellen, Roger, Marie, and Bruce, her grandchildren: Lonnie, Dana, Colleen, Max, Sarah, and Julia, and brother Charles and sister Catherine.
