Obituary of Edna Harrington


Edna (Morse) Harrington HARTFORD-Edna (Morse) Harrington, 99, a lifetime resident of Hartford passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the Indian River Nursing Facility in Granville. Survivors include her three sons, Charles and his wife Audrey of Hartford, George and his wife Barbara of Saratoga Springs, and Donald and his wife Carol of Glens Falls; ten grand children; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Edna is also survived by her brother, Neil Morse of Hartford. Friends may call on the family from 2 to 5 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2011 at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 123 Main St. Argyle, NY 12809. To send condolences or to view the Book of Memories please visit: www.kilmerfuneralhome.com. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2011 with Rev. John Ekman, senior pastor of the Presbyterian-New England Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Morningside Cemetery, Hartford. In lieu of flowers donations in Edna's memory may be made to the Hartford Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 56 Main St, Hartford, NY 12838, the Argyle Emergency Squad, Inc. 248 Pleasant Valley Road, Argyle, NY 12809, or to the Hartford Volunteer Fire Co.
