October 10, 2008 Dorothy Peters, 82, of Syracuse, New York, died Friday, October 10, 2008, at University Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Left to cherish her memory are six daughters, Ernestine (Jim) Commings, Katherine (Bill) Conway, Kathleen (John) Snyder, Margaret (Bill) Wilbur, Elizabeth Ranzinger and Sandra Peters; two sons, Harvey Bagley and Joe (Mary) Peters; a sister, Barb Harvey; two brothers, Murtain Rand and Charles Rand; 67 grandchildren; 105 great-grand-chil-dren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Dorothy was predeceased by two daughters, Billy Ann Peters and Dorothy Conway. The family will observe a private memorial service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to DeWitt Memorial Funeral Home.
