he death of Dorothy Pearl Norton of the Riverside Court Retirement Residence of Woodstock, NB and formerly of Trout Brook, widow of the late Willis Norton occurred at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB on October 28, 2008 at the age of 93. Born in Cassilis, NB, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Perley and Geneva (Sinclair) Hubbard. Dorothy was a retired teacher and a member of the Wesley United Church, Trout Brook, NB Dorothy is survived by three daughters: Arlene Waye (Vernon) of Florenceville, NB, Mavia Auger (Gernott) of Montreal, PQ and Faye Costello (Gerry) of Fredericton, NB, two sons: Gordon (Barb) of Moncton, NB and Edward (Valerie) of Boisetown, NB. Twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by two sisters: Helen Menzie and Phyllis Humes and three brothers: Sterling, Theodore and George. Visitation will be held a Bell's Funeral Home on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Service will be held from the Wesley United Church, Trout Brook on Sunday November 2, 2008 at 3 PM with Rev. Blair Whyte officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. In Dorothy's memory a donation may be made to the Wesley United Church Memorial Fund and or the Cemetery Fund.
