NORTH ADAMS -- Dennis Mitchell Lemieux, 43, of 180 Barlow Ave. died yesterday at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield after being stricken at home on Thursday. Born in North Adams on Sept. 15, 1962, son of Francis Lemieux and Joan Olsen Lemieux Evangelo, he attended Charles H. McCann Vocational Technical High School. Mr. Lemieux owned and operated Lemieux Catering Co. with his wife, the former Laurie Brooks, and also was employed by Inland Management Co. in Williamstown. Before that, he worked for many years for David Lewis Catering Service Co. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 125 and a volunteer for the State Street Kids Program, which provides dinners and sporting trips to local children. He and his wife were married Nov. 20, 1998, in Clarksburg. Besides his wife and father, of Clarksburg, and his mother, of Pasco, Wash., he leaves two daughters, Wanda Lemieux of Clarksburg and Natasha Lemieux of Savoy; two sons, Jason Lemieux of North Adams and Kevin Lemieux, stationed with the Kansas National Guard; a stepdaughter, Christina Smith of North Adams; two stepsons, Daniel Smith and Steven Smith, both of North Adams; two sisters, Dianna Perras of Adams and Linda LaRoux of Williamstown; five brothers, Francis Lemieux of Las Vegas, William Lemieux of Readsboro, Vt., and Robert Lemieux, Paul Lemieux and Cameron Lemieux, all of Clarksburg; five grandchildren; his stepfather, William Evangelo of Pasco, and his stepmother, Scarlet Lemieux of Clarksburg. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Dennis Mitchell Lemieux will be Tuesday at 10:15 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME for FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday from 4 to 7. Memorial donations are suggested for the Dennis M.
