WALKER, David JohnIt is with sadness that we face the untimely passing of David John Walker, loving father, son, husband, brother, uncle, colleague and friend. Yet it is with warmth and deep regard that we celebrate David's life and honor his memory. He will be remembered for his vision and perseverance, for standing up with courage to whatever came his way, his humility in the face of adversity, his great heart, and most of all, for his unwavering support and love of family. David was born on August 7, 1950 and passed away peacefully on April 24, 2012 at the age of 61. He is survived by his wife Mala, children Tera, Scott, Benita and Bobby, grandson Nathan, sisters Marion, Anne and Joan, nieces Elana, Odette, Sandra, Debbie, Janice and Kelly, and nephew Michael. We will be having a celebration of David's life at Greenacres Golf Course on Saturday, May 6, 2012 at 1pm.
