ANDERSON, David Gillespie Lt Col (Ret) Royal Artillery British Army July 10, 1931 - September 16, 2009 Peacefully at home in White Lake, Ontario on September 16, 2009, surrounded by family, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer at the age of 78. Survived by his loving wife Dolores (MacDonald). Father Dear to David (Lita), Lois (Greg Wyman) and Susie (Damian Hanel) by his first marriage to Dee (Anderson nee Wood). Caring stepfather to Laurie Stapleton (Tony) and Ian MacDonald (Kelly). Loving grandfather to Shadine (Kevin Robinson), Holly (Chris Leroux), Andrew, Lee, Aislyn, Timothy, Nicholas, Tyler and Victoria. Step-grandfather to Ryan MacDonald and Emmalee Mussel and great-grandfather to Kayleigh-Daisy. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior Friends and family are invited to attend a short visitation at 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2009 followed by a memorial service in the Boyce Chapel at 12 noon.
