A native of Jefferson County, she was a longtime member of Hickory Hill and a retired farm employee.She is survived by her devoted son, Patrick Williams; a niece she raised as her daughter, Geraldine Franklin; sister, Charlotte Williams; brother-in-law, Archie Loggins; niece, Hattie Riggins and step-son, Raymond Nelson; along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Dan and Lue Jean Thompson Beverly, six sisters and five brothers.
