CRAWFORD, Clarence Douglas, of Branch River Way, Wake Forest, N.C., formerly of Lakeland, Fla., died Sunday, December, 9, 2007, from a stroke, in Crawford-sville, Ga., He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. June Crawford. He was a retired journeyman electrician and a longtime member of Electricians Union 1250 out of Rapid City, S.D. Douglas was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Harold and John; two sisters, Laura and Ann; and children, Sharon, Larry, Calvin and Edwin. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; children, Martha, Margaret, Douglas Jr. and Kathleen, Linda, Mary, Cheryl, Kevin and David; his grandchildren, Christopher, Erin, and Charlie, Kaley Ann, Kyle, Amanda, Chrystal, Veronica, Edwin, James, Michelle, Michael, Stephanie, Jami, Joy, Robin, Jesse, Roxanne, Chris, Wayne, Lorie, Terry, Dawn, Mike, John, and Jeff; and numerous great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 9 a.m. to service time, at Lakeland Funeral Home, 2125 S. Bartow Highway, Lakeland, Fla., where a funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
