Chester Smith, 43, of 31 Robin Hood Road, Taylors, died Saturday, July 3, 2004.Born in Jamestown, Tenn., he was a son of the late Carlie and Mary May Sullivan Smith.Surviving are his sons, Tommy Smith, and his wife, Vicki, and Matthew Smith, all of Taylors; a daughter, Mary Diane Smith, of Concord, N.C.; grandchildren, Samantha Renee Smith and Caleb Smith; four brothers; and two sisters. A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 8, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Dr. Marshall Sargent will officiate. Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
