LEE - Cheryl Frances McAllister-Murphy, 51, of Lee, passed away Dec. 19, 2011, after a courageous 12-year battle with breast cancer. She was born on Aug. 25, 1960, in Bryan, Texas, to William and Patricia Michalka. Cheryl grew up in Odessa, Texas, with her two sisters. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband Patrick Murphy III; daughter Jennifer McAllister and her fianc&#233; Kenton Fulmer; daughter Dana McAllister; stepson Patrick Murphy IV; stepdaughters Kelsey Loomis and husband Jeremy Loomis, Eileen Murphy and Reilly Murphy; sisters Cynthia Jackson and Catherine Figert; ex-husband and father of her daughters, Jeffery McAllister; and especially by her beloved Yorkie who never left her side, Casey. . SERVICES: A funeral Mass will be held at her parish, St. Thomas More, in Durham at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, with a reception to follow.
