Charles E. Williams Charles E. Williams died Thursday, June 17, 2010 in Tallahassee, FL. Services will be at 1 p.m. EDT, Thurs., June 24, at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, with burial at Southside Cemetery in Tallahassee. He leaves to mourn, his companion of nineteen years and devoted wife of eleven years, Evelyn Taylor Williams; seventeen children; thirty-four grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
