Charles Allen Anderson, 19, the son of Leonard Anderson and Paula Anderson of Lawrenceburg, Ky., died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012. He was born March 15, 1993, in Franklin County, Ky. He worked for Monoplast. In addition to his parents, Charles is survived by his stepmother, Allison Anderson of Lawrenceburg; maternal granparents, Pete and Wanda Giles of Lawrenceburg, and Michael and Sherry Carpenter of Tennessee; paternal grandparents, Charles Anderson and Tom and JoAnn Corey of Lawrenceburg; maternal great grandmothers; Maggie King of Lawrenceburg and Ann McGray of Versailles; and paternal great grandmother, Ann Glover of Lawrenceburg. The funeral service was held Aug. 7 at Clark Funeral Home in Versailles with the Rev. Mark Webb and Michael Carpenter officiating. In honor of Charles' life and legacy, memorial contributions can be made in his name to Wounded Warriors Project.
