JACKSON, Mrs. Betty F. Duke Con-way, 68, a resident of Georgiana, was born March 16, 1934 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 1, 2003. Survivors include son, Charlie Conway, Clayton; daughters and son-in-laws, Dorothy and Vernon Mason, Valpariso, FL and Peggy and Donald Smith, Georgiana; brother, Johnny Duke, Greenville; sisters, Claudia Harris, Gloria Duke, Sandra Bell and Elaine Johnson, all of Greenville and Myra Rutledge, Georgiana; grandsons, Jessie and Lori Mason, Joshua Smith and Joseph Smith; great-grandsons, J. C. Mason, Tucker Ma-son and Austin Mason and numer-ous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first hus-band, Marvin Earl Conway, her se-cond husband, James Jackson, Mother and father, Monteria and Charlie Duke, three sisters and three brothers. She was a loving and devoted Mother, Grandmoth-er, Great-Grandmother, Sister and friend to all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funer-al services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 3, 2003 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lane Simmons, Rev. Bobby Hagler and Rev. Guerry Clendening offici-ating. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. at Liveoak Park Memorial in Crestview, FL.
