NELSON-SMITH _ Bertha (Betty) Elizabeth Passed away August 11, 2006. Predeceased by husband Jack in 2003 and son Brian in 1957. Survived by son Bernard (Kam Ying), daughter Elaine (David), grandchildren Michelle (Scott), Matthew and Ying Ying. Great- grandchildren Grace and Emma. Sister Mary and sister-in-law Shirlie. Betty will be fondly missed by many other relatives and friends. Mass will be celebrated 11:00am, Thursday August 17, 2006 at Sacred Heart Parish, 3900 Arthur Dr., Ladner, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association, 2675 Oak Street, Vancouver, B.C., V6H 2K2 would be appreciated.
