Bernice H. Jones, 94, Bradenton, died Aug. 9, 2002. She was born March 8, 1908, in Benton Harbor, Mich., and came to Bradenton in 1972 from Dearborn, Mich. She retired as a public health nurse. She was a member of the American Association of University Women. She graduated from Iowa School of Nursing and University of Michigan School of Public Health. She was a member of Palma Sola Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Huss of Bradenton. Services will be private. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, South Chapel, is in charge.
