SMITHBLACK MOUNTAIN - Barbara Morgan Smith, 78, of Black Mountain, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011.Mrs. Smith was born July 20, 1932 in Buncombe County to the late William and Nellie Burnett Morgan.Barbara was an avid reader and spent her life doing for her children.She is survived by her children, William Smith of Marion, Deborah Turner and husband, Steve, of Weaverville, Wayne Smith of Marion and James Smith of Black Mountain; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.A Celebration of life service will be held Friday, April 22, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Harwood Home for Funerals.
