ARLENE E. (SIS) CARTER of BinghamtonArlene E. (Sis) Carter, 84, went to join her husband, Francis Carter, who predeceased her in 1998. She is survived by her children, James and Sheri Carter, Greene, N.Y., Linda and George Rosefsky, Scottsdale Ariz., six grandchildren, Scott Carter, Kent, Ohio, Andrew Rosefsky, N.Y.C., Jeffrey Rosefsky, San Diego, Calif., Lisa Carter-Kadien and husband Scott Kadien, Owego, N.Y., Kimberly Carter, Greene N.Y., Julie Rosefsky, Scottsdale, Ariz. Also one brother-in-law and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was a retired bookkeeper from the Roberson Center and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, and the Women's Auxiliary of VFW Post 478. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the James V. DeMarco & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, N.Y. followed at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine's Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm.
