EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Mrs. Annie Willie Butler Lee, 77, of Mims Street entered into rest July 11, 2010. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2010 at Science Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. James E. Thomas officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Lee, a native of Edgefield County was a member of Science Hill Baptist Church where she was a faithful member of the senior choir. Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Edwards and Brenda (Johnnie) Washington; (A daughter, Diane Simpkins preceded her in death); four sons, Allen (Mary) Lee, Andrew R. (Sallie) Lee, Carl Lee and Thomas (Tammy) Lee; a sister, Bessie Tucker; five brothers, Alex (Lola) Butler, Chester Butler, Jessie Butler, Sylvester (Effie) Butler and Eddie (Rosa) Butler; nineteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
