Anne Pelens (nee Morissette) September 29, 1955 - May 24, 2002 In memory of an amazing and courageous friend, daughter, sister, aunt, wife and mother. In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away. You suffered much in silence, you fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, your spirit did not bend. And still you kept on fighting, until the very end. God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you, and whispered "Come to Me". So when we saw you sleeping, so peaceful, free from pain. We could not wish you back, to suffer that again. You gave us life, you cared for and nurtured us, and in an instant that evening in May you left us. In that moment it felt like our world came to an end. It has been five years, you're no longer in our lives to share, but always in our hearts. No words can express how dearly we miss your smile, your hugs, your warmth and constant love. God has you in His keeping, we have you in our hearts. Until we meet again, sleep well Mom. You are our special angel. So deeply missed, forever loved and longed for by your daughter Larissa, son Alex and husband Karl.
