HALL, Allen Robert Our beloved Allen, 66, was taken suddenly to be with the Lord Dec. 4, 2008. A woman driving a car pulled in front of his motorcycle on State Hwy. 54, in New Port Richey. Born in Cleveland, OH, Allen graduated in 1959 from Elyria District Catholic High School. After two years of college he began a career as salesman in the home improvement field. He worked in several states before settling his family in Florida in 1982. He enjoyed sports such as Nascar, the Bucs and the Rays. Allen was predeceased by his father, Robert Hall, and by Betty, his wife of 35 years, the mother of his children. Survivors include his mother, Anne Hall, New Port Richey; brother Denis, Medina, OH; his sons, Dale, David and Daniel Hall; and daughters Diane Owens, Darlene Hall and Daphne Gamba. Allen remarried later but Linda Hall moved to Michigan. Allen's extended family includes 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; an aunt and uncle and many in-laws in various locations. Others who loved Allen dearly are his domestic partner/fiancee Sue Lynch, New Port Richey; good friends Roland & Cathy, of Clearwater; and Pastor Bob of 30th Avenue Baptist Church, St. Petersburg. We all remember Allen's fun-loving personality, his kindness & generosity. He was truly unique. Final arrangements & a memorial service were handled by Daniel Hall in December.
