GREENVILLE, S.C.- Entered into rest on February 8, 2004 at Brighton Gardens Skilled Nursing in Greenville, S.C. Mrs. Alice Klinck Lewis, 85, wife of the late William E. Lewis of Grovetown, Ga. Mrs. Lewis was born in North Augusta, S.C. and was the daughter of the late John and Agnes Klinck. Mrs. Lewis worked many years at Fort Gordon. She was a long time devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church of Augusta. Survivors include a sister, Elizabeth Klinck Wheeler, Perry, Fla. and brother, Phil Klinck, Greenville, S.C. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John M. Klinck of Ballentine, S.C. and David C. Klinck of Spartanburg, S.C. Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Augusta on Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Dr. Paul Fowler officiating. Interment will be in Westover Memorial Park. Mrs. Lewis will lie in state at the church one hour prior to service. There will not be a visitation at the funeral home. Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Rd., Martinez, Ga.
