Fort Wayne TailoringFORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Ms. Alice J. Anderson of Fort Wayne, Ind., formerly of Lakeland, died of lung failure Saturday (Oct. 26, 2002) in Fort Wayne. She was 85.Born in Fort Wayne, Ind., on April 7, 1917, she lived in Lakeland before returning to Fort Wayne. She worked for Fort Wayne Tailoring. She was also a homemaker. She was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross for many years.Ms. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Urban Sidney Anderson. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at St. Anne Home Chapel, Fort Wayne, Ind. Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, Fort Wayne, Ind.
