ALLARD, Winifred Jean, born September 10, 1934, in South Bend, Ind., passed away December 26, 2009, at 3:40 am. She was with family. She was a loving mother of three children, Cynthia Kay Allard, Paul Stuart Allard and Kathy Lynne Allard Rucki. She is survived by three sisters, Frances Kentner, Dolores Storm and June Anne Brorsen; one brother, James Bargeron; four grand- children; five great- grandchildren; and many cousins and extended family.
