STEWART, WILMA MAY (ANDERSON) The passing of Wilma May (Anderson) Stewart, wife of Bill Stewart, of Maugerville, occurred on July 21, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 22, 1947 in Fredericton, she was a daughter of Evelyn (Henderson) Anderson of Maugerville and the late William Anderson. Wilma was a Payment Officer with the Department of Public Safety, Financial Services. She was a member of the Maugerville Baptist Church; a loving, caring wife, mother and best friend. She loved the time she spent with her family and friends. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons, Blake (Lori Mofford) of Fredericton and Kyle of Maugerville; one brother, Robert (Helen) Anderson of Lower St. Mary's; one niece, Heather Hawkins and one nephew, Ralph Anderson, both of Noonan. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from the Maugerville Baptist Church on Monday, July 24, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Charles Harvey officiating. Pallbearers are Billy Powers, Eldon Bramble, Royden McCoy, Darrel Rumble, Gordon "Buzz" Harvey and Arthur Rickard. Honorary Pallbearers are Barb Garrity, Jackie Rioux, Rita Richard Clark, and Gail Sherwood. Interment will take place in the Maugerville Baptist Church Cemetery, at a later date.
