BARTOW, Ga. - Mr. Willie Oscar Jackson entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in Bartow, GA. His funeral will be held on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Salters Grove Baptist Church in Bartow, Georgia with the Pastor Walter Holmes officiating. Burial will be in the Jones Chapel Cemetery, Bartow. Pallbearers will be friends of the family. Mr. Jackson is survived by his longtime friend and companion, Lillie Mae Floyd, Bartow, GA; four daughters, Marie (James) Jackson, Bartow, GA, Rena (Dennis) Hicks, Riverdale, GA, Eloise Gibbons, Augusta, GA and Melissa (Chester) Stone, Wrens, GA; six sons, Willie (Sandy) Floyd and Tyrone (Lisa) Gaynor, Augusta, GA, and Gary (Linda) Floyd, Timmy (Carolyn) Floyd, Randy Floyd and Steven Floyd all of Bartow, GA; six sisters, Idella Knight, Bartow, GA, Marion Kelly, Wadley, GA, Bobbie Lucille Howard, Joann Boyd and Mary Bell Warthen, Canton, Ohio and Willie Alice Campbell of Massillon, Ohio; one brother, Willie James Smith, Jacksonville, Florida; 4 sisters-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law, 34 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
