Willie Oneal Miller, 82, Tuscumbia, Ala., passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at Shoals Hospital.Mr. Miller lived most of his life in Franklin County. He was a member of Freewill Baptist Church and through the years served as pastor for several churches.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Jeff Whitten officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation was Monday at the funeral home.Survivors include children, Donald D.
