Johnson, Willie Mae (Ball) ALBANY Mrs. Willie Mae (Ball) Johnson departed this life on Tuesday morning, July 24, 2007 at Julie Blair Nursing Home, Albany, N.Y. in the care of her loving family and friends. She leaves a legacy of memories to be cherished by her devoted husband, Lawrence Johnson and loving children, Craig (Patricia) Johnson, Indianapolis, Ind. and Daniel Johnson of Albany; and two grandchildren, Aliyah Johnson and Naim Johnson of Indianapolis; five sisters, Mrs. Laura Dubose of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Edna Manning of Tuscaloosa, Ala., Mrs. Ann Alexander and Mrs. Etherine Moulton of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Ernestine Johnson, Grand Rapids, Mich.; one brother, Mr. Jerry Ball of Chicago, Ill.; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held at Garland Brothers Funeral Home, 75 Clinton Avenue on Tuesday at 11 a.m., viewing from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Reverend Edward B. Smart will officiate the service. Burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery immediately following the service.
