Mr. Willie Lee Jenkins, 49, of Riceboro died Wednesday, June 11, at Hospice Savannah. He was born in Liberty County to Lillian West Cannon and the late Isaac Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins was self-employed in the lawn care business. He was a member of Calvary Apostolic Temple in Riceboro. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Mayberry Jenkins of Riceboro; a son, Eric Oden of Tacoma, Wash., stationed in Iraq; two grandchildren, Allen and Alana Oden; his mother, Lillian West Cannon of Riceboro; a brother, Casey Jenkins of Macon, five sisters, Sharon Harris and Donna Walker of Atlanta, Kathy Golden of Waycross, Marilyn Alvin of Savannah and Terri Curry of Jacksonville. His wake will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday at Dorchester Funeral Home in Midway. His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Apostolic Temple, Coastal Hwy. 17 South, Riceboro. Elder Melvin L. Dudley Sr., pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in Varnadoe Cemetery in Riceboro. Dorchester Funeral Home of Midway has charge of the arrangements.
