SMITH, Willie Clyde, 73, of Tampa, passed away June 17, 2010, after acourage-ous four year battle with cancer. He was a lifetime area resident and retired after 39 years with Valspar Corporation. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; son, Jeff (Anna); grandson, Cody; brother, Ron; and sisters, Claudine Bridges and LaVerne Floyd. A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 20, 2010, at Stowers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
