Willie leaves to cherish his memory son, Shawn Louis Carter; 2 brothers, Charles Graham and Billy G. Burgess; sister, Martha Dorsey; grandson, Shawn Carter, Jr; and a special partner, Lynn Gattling; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by parents; brother, Jonathan Carter; 2 sisters, Vertrell Carter and Emma Wilson.Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Baker-Isaac Funeral Chapel 985 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06607.
