Waterford - William Wallace Lee, 80, of Waterford, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at his home. He was the husband of the late Ann Provost Lee, who predeceased him. Mr. Lee was retired from the U.S. Army and Electric Boat.Funeral arrangements will be announced in a complete obituary to be published in a later edition of The Day.The Thomas L.
