CARTER William Sonny V. Carter, 56, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and is of the Christian faith. Sonny was also a member of the Steel Worker Club of Jacksonville. He is survived by sons Sonny Lance Carter and wife Leigh; Sean Lee Carter; brothers Donnie and Johnny Carter; sisters Linda Ray; Jeanette Crowley; grandchildren Justin and Haleigh Carter.
