ROSS, William (Bill) John July 30, 1947 - November 05, 2008 On November 05, 2008, Bill Ross passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle that has him taken from us too soon. Bill is survived by his best friend and wife, Linda, his sister Deb and brother Philip, son Danny, daughters Penny, Stacey (Ian), and Kelly (Dave). Bill was a loving grandfather to Christoffer (Catherine), Cody, Coleton, Zachary, Dustyn, Evan, David and Bradley. Bill was also a great-grandfather to Harmony Jade. Bill also leaves behind numerous in-laws, nephews and nieces, whom we thank for their words of comfort and support. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace United Church, 6215-104 Avenue in Edmonton. In lieu of flowers and other acknowledgements, the family requests that a donation please be made to either The Kidney Foundation of Canada or The Canadian Diabetes Association.
