William Robert "Billy" Jackson, 41, of North Vernon passed away at 7:17 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon.Billy was the son of Richard Lucas and Linda Graham. He married Andrea Franks on Feb. 24, 1997, in North Vernon. She survives.Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour before the service on Friday. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.Memorials may be made through the funeral home for funeral expenses.
