-> William "Billy" Richard Moore, 58, died Wednesday, June 4, 2003 in Atlanta. He was born in Jersey City, NJ, but lived most of his life in Savannah. He graduated from Alfered E. Beach High School and attended Savannah State College. He worked as a foreman on several construction jobs. Survivors: son, William R. Moore, Jr.; Mr. and Mrs. Herman S. Allen (Eudora), Mr. and Mrs. Levi M. Moore, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Worrill (Hattie), Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Moore, Mr. and Mrs. John C.
